Hi, I’m Sierra — an Intimacy Coordinator and Director/Choreographer with a background in acting, dance, and vocal performance. With over 10 years of dance experience, I bring a movement-first approach to storytelling. I’m passionate about creating consent-based, collaborative spaces where artists feel safe and supported, while honoring the emotional truth of every scene.

My goal is to create environments for empowered storytelling through consent, care, and creativity.

Summary & Experience

She’s been wonderful to work with! From my perspective as a producer, I felt relieved knowing the team was in her hands. It really added a level of safety and security I’m glad we were able to provide on this project. Looking forward to the next one!
— Kara Bartek, Producer

Sierra was an absolute gift to our production. She approached the work with empathy and care, creating a safe and playful space for our actors to explore vulnerable material with confidence. Her background as both an actor and dancer deeply informed her approach, making her guidance not only intuitive but educational — our team learned so much from her. She made the process seamless and genuinely enjoyable.
— Michael Gomez, Director & Producer

Sierra was professional and communicated well through the whole process. I appreciated her creativity and thoughtfulness in navigating a very unusual intimacy scene. She created an environment where safety, fun and collaboration all thrived, and I can’t wait to work with her again!
— Michelle Belmont, Producer
